Summary/Objective
Sparus Holdings Inc. is seeking a skilled HRIS Project Manager for a short-term contract role. This position will lead key HR technology initiatives, including implementations and enhancements of UKG, Workday, and ADP (WFN/TotalSource) systems. The ideal candidate will partner closely with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver streamlined and effective HRIS solutions that support business growth and compliance.
Essential Functions
Lead the implementation and integration of UKG, Workday, and ADP systems.
Serve as the liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and business leaders to align system functionality with organizational needs.
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, budget, and stakeholder communications.
Manage system configurations, data migration, testing, and go-live readiness.
Facilitate documentation, training, and post-launch support.
Drive adoption of best practices and change management across the HRIS lifecycle.
Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a short-term hourly contract position (4–6 months). Hours will vary based on project milestones and team coordination needs. After initial training, the position follows a hybrid model with 3 days in the office per week .
Travel
Minimal travel required (<10%).
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
5+ years of project management experience in HRIS implementations
Demonstrated experience with UKG, Workday, and ADP WFN/TotalSource
Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance
Experience managing vendor-led implementations
Additional Skills & Experience
PMP or SHRM-CP/SPHR certification preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
