The Opportunity: The Skincare Category & Brand Operations Associate Manager is responsible for serving as the education contact for select brand partners and merchants and serves as subject matter expert in the creation and curation of content related to the training and development of skincare within the organization. The ideal candidate has skincare expertise, is a product enthusiast, and is passionate about designing best in class training that inspires and enhances store teams and selling behaviors in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment. In addition, you will... Serve as subject matter expert (SME) and contribute to the skincare point of view to be used in all aspects of content, education materials, tips/techniques, videos, and other digital and facilitated content. Work with supervisor to suggest program and skill gaps to determine training needed to support client service, categories, product differentiation, and priority brands. Create, collaborate and support the design of personalized and relevant content to develop product and skincare knowledge that supports the client experience with a focus on brands, products, and skincare business needs. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and across teams on innovative learning solutions to solve organizational needs as related to skincare and provide program content updates. Partner with support teams on instructional design, production, and delivery of curriculum while identifying and communicating any risks to the success of skincare education. Act as point person for monthly, recurring Brand programs. Manage tracking and reporting for all skincare, brand and product exposures; oversee and maintain skincare team record keeping and all tracking tools. Demonstrated project management and internal partnership skills. Strong communication and collaboration experience. The annual base salary range for this position is $86,955.00- $97,185.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
