Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our remote support team as Chat Agents and Social Media Agents. In this role, youll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via live chat, social media platforms, and other digital channels. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring quick, helpful, and professional assistance.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, direct messages, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)Assist customers with order placements, product questions, troubleshooting, account issues, and general inquiries.Monitor and engage with users on various platforms in real-time.Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and follow up as needed.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and service protocols.Ensure response time and quality meet company service level agreements (SLAs).Handle multiple chats or messages simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Requirements:Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or social media management (preferred but not required).Excellent written communication skills in English (fluency required).Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) with high accuracy.Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills.Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet work environment.Must be flexible with shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.Preferred Qualifications:Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).Ability to adapt tone based on customer and platform (e.g., casual on social, professional in chat).Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Benefits:Fully remote workCompetitive hourly pay / salaryPaid trainingFlexible shift schedules (Day/Night)Opportunities for growth and advancementSupportive virtual team culture
