Must have dependable truck or transportation necessary
Must have appropriate Insurances; general liability, workers compensation
Must have your own tools to complete job duties
Experience in measuring and cutting materials to size
Experience in installing exterior doors, storm doors, and windows in existing structures
Ability to caulk and seal seams
Knowledge of tools and equipment
Ability to clearly understand work orders and special instructions
Sharp attention to detail that ensures proper installation of each component
Good understanding of job safety and local compliances/codes
Constant effective communication skills
On-site problem-solving skills
Respect of the jobsite and homeowners’ property
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and able to stand for long periods of time
