Position Title: Warehouse Associate 

Wage: $20.35/hour

Shift: Days 

Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm (2-2-3 rotation)

*Must have Reach Truck experience with longevity in Warehouse work history*

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate forklift equipment to perform required duties to support production, fill customer orders, and ensure consistent flow of materials both inbound and outbound
- Meet department goals for efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts
- Fill customer production orders accurately and efficiently, ensure that product is stored, received, and shipped to quality standards
- Perform timely and accurate transactions to maintain the integrity of inventory systems
- Complete all shift documentation/paperwork
- Maintain department equipment by performing daily checks, maintain department KPI's
- Participate in safety programs, follow all established safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

Warehouse Associate Requirements:
- At least three years of forklift experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic math skills
- Computer and software skills
- Able to lift up to 10lbs continuously (cases of product and hand tools)
- Able to lift 11-30lbs regularly (3-4 times per shift)
- Able to lift 31-50lbs occasionally (1-2lbs per shift)
- Able to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and stand for long periods of time
- Able to work in warm environments
- Able to read, write, and speak English to meet training, safety, and quality requirements
