Core Requirement: A strong ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) developer At least 5+ years of experience in ETL development Preferred Tools/Technologies: Talend – Strongly preferred ADF (Azure Data Factory) – Acceptable AWS Glue – Acceptable Fivetran – Also preferred Flexibility/Adaptability: The candidate must be open to learning new ETL tools if the client's enterprise requirements change. This means the role might evolve and isn't tied to just one platform. They want someone adaptable , not rigid. Summary: Be strong in ETL development with 5+ years of hands-on experience. Have skills in at least one of the following tools, with Talend and Fivetran preferred. Be located in Houston or willing to relocate. Be flexible and quick to learn new ETL platforms as needed.
