About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Investment Operations to take on a pivotal role in loan administration, portfolio operations, and treasury management, with a focus on supporting the firm's investment activity. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of a diverse alternative credit portfolio, which includes loans, equity investments, SPVs, and asset-based financings. This role involves managing the full investment lifecycle, from origination to exit, and requires a hands-on approach to setting up and maintaining investments in internal systems, processing various financial transactions, and ensuring accurate booking and reconciliation in the accounting system. Applicants for the Vice President of Investment Operations position at the company should have 6-10 years' of experience in fund operations, preferably within a credit fund, hedge fund, or sell-side bank. A strong understanding of private credit instruments and loan operations is essential, as is proficiency in accounting systems. Experience with FM3, WSO, or Geneva is a plus. The role also demands familiarity with treasury operations, including wire transfers and FX hedging. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of responsibilities, leading the onboarding and closing of new investments, and supporting treasury decisions.
