Job Title:

Automotive Technician
Location: West Simsbury
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 Per Hour (Flat Rate)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in vehicles.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues accurately.
• Complete repairs and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues and solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Keep up to date with industry advancements and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is highly desirable.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
