Are you ready to hit the road and make a difference in your community? As a Van Driver - Non CDL Vehicle at UPS, you’ll be the friendly face delivering packages to homes and businesses, ensuring every delivery is timely, safe, and filled with great customer service!

What You'll Be Doing

In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving our iconic brown trucks to deliver packages of all shapes and sizes.
• Lifting packages up to 70 lbs —get ready for some physical activity!
• Providing excellent customer service with a smile.
• Adhering to UPS's safety and appearance standards.

Who We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, but license type varies by state).
• The ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Outstanding customer service and driving skills.
• The legal right to work in the U.S.
• A commitment to wearing the company-provided uniform and following UPS appearance guidelines.

Working Conditions

This is a seasonal position with full-time hours, typically ranging from 8 to 10 hours per day. Your workdays may vary, with options from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on business needs.

Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a great stepping stone to a permanent position with even more perks! Permanent, full-time delivery drivers can earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year , including:

• $0 healthcare premiums.
• Up to seven weeks of paid vacation.
• Paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
• Contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
