Our Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the heartbeat of UPS! They drive our iconic brown trucks, bringing joy and convenience to our customers. If you love being outdoors, staying active, and driving, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do:

As a Van Driver, you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering packages efficiently and safely.
• Lifting packages up to 70 lbs.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Adhering to company policies, including uniform guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state).
• The ability to pass the DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and driving skills.
• The legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and uniform requirements.

Working Conditions:

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you can expect:

• Workdays of 8 to 10 hours, with varying schedules (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday).

  Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a fantastic starting point at UPS! Many seasonal drivers transition into permanent roles with even more benefits. Full-time delivery drivers can earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year , including:

  • $0 healthcare premiums.
  • Up to seven weeks of paid vacation.
  • Paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
  • Contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
