Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a  Travel - Physical Therapist

Shift : Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

• NM License
• At least 1 year IP experience (outside of student clinicals)
• Ability to work alone, as this PT is the lone PT provider in the IP setting, competency/knowledge in CMS skilled criteria/medical necessity guidelines
• BLS
• DPT preferred

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
