Registered Nurse (RN) - Lactation Consultant Coordinator

Join our team as a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) - Lactation Consultant Coordinator , where you will lead lactation support services for new mothers and infants, promoting successful breastfeeding and maternal-infant bonding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and provide lactation education and support to mothers and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate lactation programs and policies.
• Train and supervise lactation consultants and nursing staff in breastfeeding support and best practices.
• Assess breastfeeding challenges and provide individualized care plans for mothers and infants.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care for breastfeeding families.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Work Environment:

• The role is based in hospitals, maternity units, or community health centers.
