Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in an acute care hospital with at least one year of experience and Epic charting proficiency.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Position is based in an acute care hospital Interventional Radiology unit
• Magnet designated facility with 377 staffed beds
• 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Epic EMR system is used for documentation and prior experience is required
• Free parking is available on site
• Scrubs can be any color
• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state if needed
• Travelers must commit to working at least 3 out of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All requested time off or schedule requests must be stated at the time of application and may affect offer speed or eligibility
• Return staff are eligible for rehire after a 3-month period
• Candidates living within a 50-mile radius will be considered local
• Orientation modules must be completed prior to start and annually, with average completion time of 16 hours
• Refusal to float to other facilities may result in termination of assignment

\n \n Requirements\n

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in interventional radiology is required
• Valid CA license must be in hand if applicable
• Epic EMR experience is required
• Must have a LA fire card issued within the last 30 days
• References from at least 2 supervisory professionals covering 1 year within the last 3 years must be provided
• SSN and DOB are required for consideration
