Job Responsibilities: What you will do Recruit, screen, interview and hire qualified Driver applicants to improve Driver retention and safety standards. Interview, gather, and analyze information skillfully to obtain a complete application and pre-qualify applicants. Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, pay, and specialty and dedicated opportunities. Read, review, and understand both MVRs and DAC Reports. Qualifications: What you need to bring 1+ year recruiting experience or equivalent required. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be self‑motivated. Must possess excellent communication skills. Must have good attention to detail. Must be able to multi‑task.
