Job Description
We are seeking an outgoing, confident Managed Services Tech II to help support our managed services clientele.
Duties include;
- Network and Infrastructure troubleshooting
- Working with client hardware and software
- Onboarding new clients
- Working with clients on day-to-day issues.
- Documenting client information
- Supporting junior technicians with troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of Dell Servers, SonicWall Routers
- Familiar with Unifi and Ruckus wireless
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments
- Experience with diagnostic tools and network monitoring
- Experience in VLAN's and VPN installation and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Certifications a plus
- Proven professional with excellent team collaboration, communication skills
