**Job Title: Production Worker - Graveyard** **Pay:** $18.50/hr **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker for the graveyard shift to produce and pack products according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of recipes and written instructions, and maintain their work area in a clean and sanitary condition while operating equipment safely and efficiently. This role involves working in a team environment under GMP, Safety, and Company guidelines, and identifying potential defects in products. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. **Responsibilities** + Produce and pack products to specification. + Understand and follow recipes and written instructions. + Maintain work area in a clean and sanitary condition. + Operate equipment safely and efficiently. + Work in a team environment under GMP, Safety, and Company guidelines. + Identify potential defects in products and bring attention to the issue. + Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and packaging. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a food manufacturing facility. + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Skills in general production, inspection, and packing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and safe food handling. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Flexibility to work in various departments and change roles as needed. **Why Work Here?** The company offers a competitive benefits package to eligible full-time employees. It may be loud depending on the area, but it is consistently clean. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Cruz, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
