Adelphi is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide Occupational Therapy Services for a school district located in Yakima- Washington. ESA School Occupational certificate. Active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state Washington. National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Dedication to professional growth and development. Maintain confidentiality. Responsibilities: Assess referred students for special education through appropriate testing and diagnostic practice. Interpret testing results and implications to school staff, parents and students as needed. Writes occupational therapy reports and completes eligibility reports. Confers with teachers and parents through conducting classroom observations and provide feedback. Participate in student support meetings, and assisting in collaborative problem-solving. Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEP). Other duties assigned by the Director of Special Services.
