Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Temporary Financial Clerk for immediate hire in Pasadena, California. This role is crucial in providing essential support to the operations of the organization. The position is full-time and involves working closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial record-keeping and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the leasing and property management team.
• Process rental applications and lease documents.
• Enter and update resident and property data in Yardi.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence from residents and prospects.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Assist with compliance tracking and document management.
• Support the team with general office tasks and resident communications.

Qualifications

• Yardi experience is required.
• Previous administrative experience in property management or a multifamily housing setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Monday - Friday
