Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00

Location: On-site Call Center

About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide inbound customer service for electronic lockboxes and access keys. You will deliver courteous and professional assistance while multitasking screens and tools to resolve technical issues over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist end-users with technical support for electronic lockboxes and access keys.
• Apply customer satisfaction skills to deliver positive service experiences.
• Document calls and follow established procedures for uniform support.
• Meet performance metrics for call handling, volume, and productivity.
• Support additional projects or skillsets as assigned.

Requirements:

• Availability to work flexible shifts between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM , seven days a week.
• Commitment to attendance, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed.

Schedule:
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, with occasional overtime opportunities.
