What you'll bring

Who You Are: 

• Experienced : You have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Passionate : You are dedicated to helping clients understand and navigate the tax process, enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes confidently.
• Customer-Focused : You possess excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need: 

• Licensing : You must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds, and have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Availability : You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
• Technology : You must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit’s security criteria.

How you will lead

What You Will Do: 

• Tax Preparation : Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing sound professional judgment and ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Customer Support : Offer tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of empowering global prosperity.
• Confidentiality : Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and security for sensitive customer, confidential, and proprietary business information.
• Research and Resources : Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate and understandable answers to customers.
• Communication : Use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers in a responsible, reliable, and safe manner, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Professionalism: Interact with customers and team members in a professional manner, adhering to and promoting Intuit’s core values, including “integrity without compromise.”
