Job Description
We are looking for a full-time coach here at River North Strength. RNS is a semi-private training facility with coaches working primarily with adults in a 2:1 client to coach ratio setting.
We prefer a candidate that is looking to grow into the role with us. The salary is a starting point and will increase with the right fit - as will responsibilities/opportunity.
We aren't so much concerned about certifications and degrees as we are with work ethic, timeliness, attention to detail, and above all the ability to engage with clients in a personal and professional manner.
Former collegiate athletes are a great fit as all the above has been previously demonstrated in a team setting - however, this is not a rule.
