LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a reputable company located in King of Prussia, PA . We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff or Senior Accountant for a strictly temporary assignment lasting between 30 to 60 days. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone with a strong background in general ledger accounting and daily cash operations, who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately. Job Title: Temporary Staff/Senior Accountant Location: King of Prussia, PA , Fully Onsite Salary : $30-$38/hr. Duration: 30–60 Days Employment Type: Temporary/Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily general ledger entries and ensure accuracy across accounts
• Conduct daily cash reconciliations and manage cash deposits
• Calculate commissions and bonuses in alignment with company policies
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities
• Support tax preparation and audit processes
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Inventory accounting experience is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• SAP experience is a must
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (assessment required)
• Proven experience in general ledger accounting, cash management, and financial analysis
• Ability to work independently with an analytical mindset
• No direct reports in this role
