HyerTek is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics Developer to lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise Power Platform solutions , enhancing organizational capabilities through technical expertise and knowledge transfer. As a full-time member of our team, you will design and implement scalable solutions using your deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, particularly Power Platform, Copilot integration, and Dynamics 365. Your primary focus will be on Power Platform architecture, Power Pages development, model-driven applications, Dataverse optimization, and Power BI integration, as well as establishing Center of Excellence frameworks to drive organizational excellence.

In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to architect comprehensive solutions that span the entire Microsoft ecosystem. You'll also ensure that technical implementations meet security, compliance, and performance standards, while utilizing best practices and governance frameworks to continuously improve solution effectiveness and organizational capability maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and maintenance of scalable and sustainable architecture for Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Center of Excellence frameworks.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of PowerApps, Power Pages, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure Cloud Services to architect and implement robust solutions across canvas apps, model-driven applications, and external-facing portals.
• Design and implement comprehensive user interfaces, business logic, workflows, and integrations using the full Power Platform suite including Power Pages for customer-facing solutions and model-driven applications for complex business processes.
• Architect and develop Power Pages solutions for external stakeholders, including customer portals, partner collaboration sites, and public-facing applications with proper security and compliance controls.
• Design and implement model-driven applications leveraging Dataverse to support complex business processes, including custom entities, business process flows, and advanced form configurations.
• Establish and maintain Center of Excellence practices, including governance frameworks, architectural standards, solution templates, and best practice documentation for Power Platform deployments.
• Design and implement integrations between Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems and application databases to ensure seamless data flows across the organization.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions, proactively address bottlenecks, and ensure a seamless user experience across canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Power Pages.
• Lead change management activities, including migration planning, version upgrades, and ensuring minimal disruption during system changes while maintaining Center of Excellence standards.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders on Power Platform adoption, governance, and enterprise architecture decisions.
• Mentor development teams on Power Platform best practices, Center of Excellence methodologies, and architectural patterns for scalable solutions.

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain US DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other Scientific/Technical discipline.
• 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform implementation experience or other related software implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins.
• Expert-level experience with Power Pages development, including portal customization, web templates, entity forms, entity lists, and advanced portal configurations.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing model-driven applications with complex data models, custom business logic, and advanced user interface customizations.
• Proven track record establishing and operating Center of Excellence practices for Power Platform, including governance, standards, and adoption strategies.
• Experience re-writing and re-engineering custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions, including both canvas and model-driven app architectures.
• Expertise in establishing and maintaining coding best practices and architectural patterns across the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Expertise in DevOps principles and implementation in an Azure environment, with specific experience in Power Platform ALM and solution deployment pipelines.
• Advanced skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Power Platform-specific development languages including Power Fx and Liquid templates.
• Experience leading agile software development projects and teams with focus on Power Platform delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Power Platform administration, environment management, and enterprise-scale deployment strategies.
• Great communication skills to be able to communicate with senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
