We are partnered with a global leader in the delivery of high-performance, scalable, and energy-efficient hyperscale data centers for the world’s largest technology companies, specializing in end-to-end infrastructure solutions across North America, supporting mission-critical workloads with precision, speed, and operational excellence.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a General Contractor (GC) background to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center developments. This role will play a pivotal part in our rapid global expansion and commitment to best-in-class project execution.

Role Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale data center construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning. You’ll lead GC coordination, maintain schedule and budget alignment, and ensure delivery excellence across design, engineering, and field execution teams. This role requires deep field knowledge, stakeholder management, and an ability to operate under aggressive timelines and high client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of hyperscale data center builds, from site mobilization to delivery
• Lead all GC-side coordination, including subcontractor oversight, vendor engagement, and scheduling
• Collaborate with client representatives, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, design intent, and delivery milestones
• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and company standards
• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, risk registers, RFI tracking, change orders, and documentation
• Drive value engineering, schedule recovery, and problem-solving during execution phase
• Represent the company at OAC meetings, site walks, and client reviews
• Support commissioning and handover in coordination with operations and QA/QC teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale data center or mission-critical construction
• Proven background in General Contracting (GC), with hands-on project execution responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, structural coordination, and data center-specific delivery requirements
• Familiarity with hyperscale client standards (e.g., AWS, Meta, Google, Microsoft)
• Exceptional schedule management, budgeting, and cost control skills
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• PMP, LEED, or similar certifications are a plus
