Were seeking a highly senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Productivity team. In this role, you will lead initiatives that accelerate developer velocity, improve build and test systems, and enable our engineers to deliver high-quality software at scale. You will work cross-functionally with product engineering, and infrastructure to build internal tools and platforms that optimize the entire software development lifecycle.
This is a high-impact role for an experienced engineer who is passionate about developer productivity, enjoys solving systems-level problems, mentoring others, and leading complex, cross-team initiatives.
Compensation : The base salary range for this role is $237,500 to $270,000 + bonus, equity and US benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience and skills.
