Senior ServiceNow - NowAssist Developer Location: Charlotte, NC Employment Type: Contract Work Mode: Onsite Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow - NowAssist Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of NowAssist capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in NowAssist modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities Development & Configuration

• Design, develop, and customize applications and modules on the ServiceNow NowAssist platform.
• Build and configure NowAssist Agents, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
• Implement and support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and ITOM, as required.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow APIs and integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and development standards.
• Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to define and deliver robust technical solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end users to gather and refine requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and implementations.
• Provide user support, documentation, and training as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven experience building custom NowAssist Agents.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification (required).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
