Job Description

Role: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) Locations (Onsite): New Jersey, NJ | Tampa, FL | Tempe, AZ Experience Required:Years Role Description

8-10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, development, integration, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience working on multiple ServiceNow platform implementations.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.
Deep functional and technical expertise in ITSM modules - Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
Solid experience in GRC and IT Operations Management (ITOM) is required.
Experience integrating xMatters is a plus.
Skilled in managing platform availability, performance, and security.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Orchestration for IT process automation.

• Strong development experience using:

ServiceNow APIs
Workflows, Flow Designer
UI Pages, UI Macros
Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
Script Includes, Security Rules

Essential Technical Skills

Proficiency in scripting languages: JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, PowerShell
Good understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and ITIL concepts
Experience implementing REST API integrations with third-party tools
Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations
Familiarity with Performance Analytics
Experience with SQL Server backend development is preferred
