Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst

The Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst, working within the Global Transfer Pricing team and reporting to the Transfer Pricing Team Manager based in Krakow, Poland, will assist with a variety of Transfer Pricing projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and compliance.


2. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.


3. Review and reconcile intercompany transaction data for tax compliance and audits.


4. Prepare benchmarking analyses for intercompany transactions.


5. Maintain relationships with business and finance teams to monitor transactions.


6. Provide financial support in collaboration with tax and finance teams.


7. Mentor and support junior staff.

Skills and Experience

1. Fluency in English (speaking and writing).


2. 3+ years of Transfer Pricing and/or Tax experience.


3. Bachelors degree in a business-related field, emphasizing finance and accounting.


4. Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.


5. Ability to collaborate in a global team environment.


6. Strong communication skills.


7. Focus on accuracy and timeliness.


8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
