Responsibilities Actively study and design traffic engineering and transportation projects for public agencies including municipalities and counties. Create an exemplary client experience throughout project delivery. Maintain oversight of project planning and production efforts consistent with B&N’s delivery process. Lead and assist with the development of project statements of qualifications and proposals, including participating in oral interviews and presentations when needed. Lead quality review processes ensuring that client standards and preferences are met. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for developing staff. Collaborate with professional engineers within B&N’s Arizona operations and across the firm. Represent B&N in meetings, marketing functions, and conferences. Contribute towards the development of B&N’s Arizona Transportation marketing strategy that focuses on providing excellent repeat services to our current clients and expanding our client base throughout the state. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET-accredited civil engineering program. Arizona PE registration, or ability to obtain within six months. PTOE certification is preferred but not required. Minimum 8 years of related experience. Great communication skills and ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment. Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools. Proficiency with traffic engineering analysis and design software.
