What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with customers and industry experts to understand their needs and pain points
- Transform insights into a product vision and prioritize the product roadmap
- Write detailed technical specifications and collaborate with engineering and QA for product delivery
- Present product information to customers and internal stakeholders to promote the roadmap and vision
- Innovate solutions to enhance customer success and satisfaction with the product

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in building high-scale enterprise software solutions
- Proven experience in creating and defining data models
- Experience in building software integrations
- Strong understanding of complex business processes and data flows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Veeva Vault administration and customization
- Familiarity with life sciences commercial business organization and processes
- Experience in creating or implementing mapping software or map-based visualizations
