We are seeking an experienced Senior Personal Lines Account Executive to manage a portfolio of standard and high-net-worth personal lines accounts. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on coverage, managing renewals, and working closely with our producers, service team, and carrier partners.

• Salary range: $70,000- $120,000 based on experience
• Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday
• Hybrid remote work environmen t (with flexibility for full-time remote or in-person if needed)

• Advise clients on personal lines coverage, including Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, Inland Marine, Watercraft, and Excess Liability
• Prepare and present quotes for both standard and high net worth accounts, and excess lines carriers
• Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and overall client relationships
• Collaborate with producers, service teams, claims, and accounting to ensure exceptional client service
• Coordinate with support staff to handle all aspects of account servicing efficiently
• Utilize internal systems and tools to track activities and provide a streamlined client experience

• Active Property & Casualty License
• 3+ years of experience in a personal lines role, with a focus on high net worth clients
• Familiarity with non-standard coverage forms, wholesalers, and excess lines carriers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and work cross-functionally within a team
• Proficiency with insurance management systems and digital tools
