Senior Manager Offering Management, Analytics Business Unit

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and customer-focused Offering Manager to join Qlik's Product Go-to-Market team, supporting the growth and success of our analytics business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing offers tailored specifically for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, customer success, and finance, to shape and scale market-ready offerings that align customer needs with product innovationdriving growth and financial performance through differentiated packaging, new markets, and a structured commercialization pathway. This role is critical to expanding our reach and driving revenue of our analytics offerings.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Offering Management and Product Commercialization and influence the commercial strategy and footprint of Qlik's analytics business. You will lead cross-functional projects to optimize performance, define monetization approaches, and partner across functions to unlock new growth opportunities.

Heres how youll be making an impact:

• Lead offering strategy and lifecycle for a product portfolio or market segment
• Develop end-to-end business plans for offerings
• Design, develop, and manage offers, bundles, and promotions tailored specifically for customers
• Define packaging changes, bundling approaches, and simplification initiatives
• Deliver financial results for our offerings, including profitable revenue growth and market share gains
• Monitor the performance of offers and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
• Partner with finance to optimize the profitability of Qlik's analytics portfolio and deliver on financial targets
• Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to create offers that resonate with our customer bases
• Work closely with product management to align offers with product features, capabilities, and roadmaps
• Engage directly with customers and partners to understand their needs and customize offers that enhance the value of their products
• Support strategic initiatives that drive Qlik's business forward
• Own cross-functional planning for commercial readiness, field success, and offer transitions
• Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to align offerings to growth and retention goals
• Support sales with contract structuring

Were looking for a teammate with:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer ScienceAdvanced degree, such as an MBA, preferred
• 10+ years of experience as an Offering Manager, Product Manager, or Go-To-Market leader
• Experience in a customer-centric role where a clear understanding of customer needs was required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and financial performance
• Proficiency in developing scalable business models and making informed, data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools, preferably Qlik
• Demonstrated desire to stay abreast of emerging market trends

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $125,360.00 $156,700.00. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidates location, skills, education, experience, and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
