Basic Description:

Responsible for the advanced analysis, configuration, customization, and maintenance of the company’s loan origination system (LOS). This position will work closely with management and end users to evaluate business process, data integrity, and compliance issues as they relate to the LOS.

Responsibilities:

• Advanced configuration, maintenance, and administration of the LOS. Create and customize new business rules, forms, fields, personas, workflows, reports, and other services within the LOS.
• Facilitate meetings with business and technology teams to understand their needs and translate them into solutions with timely and qualify project completion
• Provide Encompass support in person, online and over the phone to all departments
• Create and maintain documentation for all modifications and projects
• Provide basic training and guidance as needed to all teams
• Provide basic IT assistance as needed
• Other duties and application configuration and support as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5 years experience as an Encompass Administrator
• Experience with Enhanced Conditions, Encompass web Input Form Builder, business rules, custom fields, and Encompass Partner Connect
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience with applicable coding languages including Visual basic and Java script.
• Experience in managing and configuring Encompass web
• Experience working in a highly customized instance of Encompass
• In-depth knowledge of Encompass, the loan origination process and the job functions of all mortgage operations roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
