As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Class Action Noticing Senior Director to join our team. This is a fully remote position, open to experienced professionals located anywhere in the United States. Responsibilities: + Develop and implement comprehensive noticing plans, including direct mail, email, print, digital, and broadcast media. + Collaborate with internal project managers, legal counsel, media vendors, and analytics teams to ensure delivery of effective and compliant notice programs. + Draft legal notice documents and affidavits for court filings in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements. + Manage timelines, budgets, and performance metrics for all noticing efforts. + Provide expert support during court hearings and respond to inquiries from class members, counsel, and court-appointed neutrals. + Stay current with developments in Rule 23, CAFA, and other legal notice standards.
