Job Overview The Container Gardening Specialist (Seasonal Color/Floral) is a highly skilled professional in the practice of the design and management of all annual floral color/holiday decor displays in an extremely high-end residential market Responsibilities and Duties Design, procure, and install all annual/holiday containers and displays Assist the horticultural crews on installations and prunings of container gardens Job Requirements 2+ years of professional seasonal color design/installation Extensive knowledge of annuals, perennials and cut greens Driver's license Industry certifications preferred but not required (MCH, MCLP, etc.) The Perks 401(k) plan with company match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance
