The Role We're looking for a strategic and hands-on SDR Manager to build and lead our U.S. Sales Development function from the ground up. As a foundational member of our go-to-market team, you’ll own the top-of-funnel strategy - from defining the playbook to hiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing SDR team that drives meaningful pipeline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What You’ll Do Build and scale the SDR function - hire, onboard, and manage a team of SDRs Own the outbound motion -develop outreach strategies across email, phone, LinkedIn, and more Develop scalable processes for lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and campaigns Train and coach SDRs on best practices, messaging, and consultative outreach Report on key KPIs to drive continuous improvement and predictability Why Oligo Help shape a go-to-market strategy at the ground floor of a category-defining company Collaborate with a highly technical, humble, and mission-driven team Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits Backed by world-class investors and growing fast What You Bring 5+ years of SDR or BDR experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or manager role Background in cybersecurity or SaaS preferred Proven ability to coach and scale early-stage sales teams Strong communication skills and a data-informed, execution-driven mindset Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Oligo Cyber Security Ltd.
