Job Description
Our client is preparing for an SAP S/4HANA transformation and needs an experienced SAP Business Analyst to lead discovery and documentation of current-state processes across multiple functions and support migration-readiness activities.What you’ll do
Run workshops to identify and document current business processes that leverage SAP ECC across Supply Chain, HCM, Finance, Procurement, and Facilities .
Develop strategies & templates to map processes consistently at the right level of detail for migration assessment .
Document current-state processes including roles/responsibilities and role headcount.
Analyze processes to identify gaps and optimization opportunities .
Partner with business & 3rd-party vendors to help document future-state processes where required.
Create test plans & test cases for UAT in SAP S/4HANA .
Proven BA experience on SAP ECC programs, with exposure to S/4HANA initiatives.
Strong facilitation and documentation skills (workshops, process maps, RACI/roles).
Hands-on in writing UAT plans/test cases and driving user testing.
Excellent stakeholder communication across business and IT.
Background in ECC-S/4 migration assessments.
Familiarity with tools like Visio/ARIS , Azure DevOps/Jira , Solution Manager/ChaRM .
Public sector or healthcare experience.
