Route Service Delivery Driver CDL – Primo Brands Overview Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America focused on healthy hydration. The Route Service Delivery Driver supports this growth by delivering products to residential, commercial, and retail customers with premium customer service, upselling opportunities, and safe vehicle operation. Responsibilities Operate a commercial vehicle safely, following DOT documentation and company safety policies. Provide courteous, professional service, meeting customer preferences and delivering the correct products at the scheduled time. Maintain accurate delivery records, including cash and receipts, and update account information. Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and share actionable solutions with leadership. Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines, upsell additional products, and achieve monthly acquisition goals. Support the team by sharing decisions and assisting colleagues when needed. Perform water dispenser cleaning services while maintaining a strict quality process. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (if applicable). Service‑oriented with strong face‑to‑face sales skills. Ability to work independently in varied weather and variable start/end times. Physical capability to lift and carry an average of 250+ items per day, each up to 45 lbs., and to climb in/out of a commercial vehicle 40‑55 times daily. Valid DOT medical card and clean driving record respecting the stated criteria. Minimum age 21 years old (DOT requirement). Strong English language skills for customer interaction. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $61,160 annually + customer tips Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, start between 6 am–7 am, variable end times based on workload.
