YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with every guest using ONeill Sales Training to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit their needs.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist your team in completing tasks and support a collaborative environment.
• Maintain integrity by following ONeill policies & procedures.

• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 30lbs.
• Ability to work on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
