Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance indicators
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through virtual meetings and digital communication tools
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and best practices

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 12 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles (or willingness to undergo training)
• Proficiency with financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, BI/analytics tools)
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting methods, and analytical techniques
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Training Program

Salary

• Hourly Rate: $42.50/hour (based on a 40-hour workweek)
