We are actively recruiting detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals for our Seasonal Call Center Team. This position is 100% Remote, offering you the convenience of working from your home office. We offer a competitive starting rate of $18.00 per hour and the exciting potential for extension based on business volume and performance.
Position OverviewAs a Remote Call Center Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our members and providers by accurately addressing inquiries regarding their dental benefits and services. Your goal will be to provide efficient, empathetic, and compliant support.

Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls regarding plan benefits, eligibility verification, claims status, and provider searches.
Accurately research and relay information, ensuring adherence to all plan details and regulatory requirements.
Meticulously document all call details, resolutions, and required follow-up actions within the CRM system.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and critical privacy standards, including HIPAA.
Consistently meet productivity goals while maintaining high standards for call quality and customer satisfaction.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you MUST meet the following experience criteria:
Call Center Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recent, verifiable experience working in a high-volume call center environment.
Healthcare Experience: A minimum of 1 year of recent, verifiable experience working within the healthcare, insurance, or medical claims industry.
Work Setup: Must have a dedicated, quiet home office space and a reliable, hard-wired, high-speed internet connection.
Skills: Excellent verbal communication, professional phone etiquette, computer literacy, and proven problem-solving skills.
