Responsible for coordinating and providing safe, comprehensive care to cardiac surgery patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) during night shifts. Utilizes nursing processes including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while directing and supervising assigned personnel. Performs charge nurse duties to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth unit operations.
