Mosaic is looking for a  Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team!

In this role, you will provide health care to individuals receiving services in the homes by scheduling medical appointments, assessing condition, reviewing medications, completing any necessary medical forms and by updating medical records.

What you will do:

• Coordinate physician and health care services for people served
• Conduct health care assessments and write health care plans
• Facility training and orientation of new staff regarding healthcare procedures
• Provide on call assistance to staff as needed

SCHEDULE: WAGE: RN - $30-$35/hr

1. Nights, 11pm-7a part time 20 hrs/week, every other weekend, rotating holidays  

2. Days, 7a-3p - 40 hrs/wk, rotating weekends and holidays

3. Evenings, 3-11pm - 40 hrs/wk, rotating weekends and holidays

What YOU’LL Need:

• State Nursing license without restrictions
• Bachelor's or Associates degree required.
• 1 year of general nursing experience – If a new grad would need at least 3 years of CNA/Med Aide experience  NEW GRADUATES WELCOME! 
• Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Valid Driver's license
