About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Patient Care Services, CNO to lead the integration of clinically facing health information technologies within a regional setting. This executive role is pivotal in ensuring the optimization of provider efficiency and productivity through a data-driven approach, including the use of artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for advocating for regional providers, maintaining relationships with medical staff, and leading the coordination of care across the continuum. A key focus will be on enhancing the electronic health record provider experience, decreasing barriers to care, and transforming to a single electronic health record instance. The role also involves stewarding and supporting strategic growth initiatives and providing operational oversight of provider informatics specialists. Applicants must have an MD or DO with a minimum of 7 years' of health IT leadership experience and 10 years' of clinical practice. Board certification in a clinical specialty or informatics is required. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management and information technology principles, as well as the ability to lead change management and standardization efforts. Essential skills include problem-solving, process analysis, and excellent communication. The role demands a leader who can work closely with regional and national stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of health information technology that aligns with the company's mission of providing a more just, equitable, and innovative healthcare delivery system.
