Scheduling appointments and managing a dynamic calendar Answering phones like a pro-friendly, helpful, and efficient Updating patient records with precision and care Being a calming presence for nervous pet parents Keeping the front desk organized, cheerful, and full of positive energy You'll Be a Perfect Fit If You: Love animals and people in equal measure Are a multitasking wizard with top-notch communication skills Keep cool under pressure (think: puppy chaos + ringing phones = your moment to shine) Have experience in a veterinary or medical front desk setting (preferred but not required-we'll train the right enthusiastic person!) Can tell a Golden Retriever from a Great Dane (bonus points!)
