Full time Receptionist and Administrative Assistant needed in Century City. We are seeking a friendly, organized and detail-oriented professional to join our already amazing admin team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work independently and in a team environment, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is an in-office position with a standard work week of 37.50 hours. You should expect 5-10 hours of paid overtime for eight weeks of the year, primarily during March, April, September, and October.
Responsibilities:
· Phone Reception – five days a week in office
· Sorting, scanning and distributing mail and tax documents
· Provide general administrative support to the partners, managers and of the firm as needed
· Assist in tax and business management workflow
· General office tax and business management operations assistance
· Tax return assembly
· Maintain the confidentiality and security of tax documents and client information
Requirements:
· High school diploma
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist
· Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
· Familiarity with tax software and electronic filing systems and knowledge of ProSystems and CCH Axcess is a plus
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Professional demeanor
· Ability to work independently and as a team while manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
