Update: The website is under renovation as we are researching a new host. The station's tower collapsed in fall 2020; insurance has settled, and we are relocating to a new tower. Programming will be updated, and new music will be added. The ideal candidate will have management and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn programming and system clock management. Acquiring new churches and sponsors is also important. Judging balanced music and programming is vital. The station operates under the umbrella of Oakside Baptist Church, its pastor, and trustees, and maintains a friendly community presence. An advisory board is envisioned for increased community input. Salary ranges from $25K to $30K based on experience, with bonuses for signing new sponsors. As the station grows with new leadership and listeners, salary increases are anticipated.
