Quality Control Manager


This position oversees the transition of development products into production-ready styles. It includes the responsibility of developing routings and SOPs for samples to ensure production readiness, as well as managing production quality to achieve defect-free results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a textile-related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive dyeing, finishing, and fabric processes (preferred).
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong decision-making abilities, applicable to both low and high-level tasks.
• Exceptional organizational and supervisory capabilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficiency in mathematical concepts and calculations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with a methodical approach.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop standard product samples to establish production benchmarks.
• Monitor and control product quality within the plant, enhancing process capacities.
• Identify and eliminate production waste, driving cost-reduction efforts.
• Execute additional tasks aligned with departmental goals.
• Authorize the cessation of production to address quality-related issues.
• Maintain and ensure the quality of all products during production.
• Analyze and evaluate materials/dyestuffs, select vendors, and provide supplier instructions.
• Develop SOPs for newly installed production machines and equipment.
• Investigate customer complaints, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Acquire specialized skills internally and train employees accordingly.

Travel to Customer sites up to 10%.
