Role: Remote QA Automation Engineer Location: Remote/Work-From-Home/Telecommute (EST or CST preferred) Type: Long-term Contract Apex Systems, a national leader in IT Services, is searching for a Remote QA Automation Engineer for an enterprise level Healthcare company! • Provide hands-on expertise for test automation architecture, strategy, script design and execution, automation framework, virtualization.
• Deliver technical leadership to the enterprise-grade company to drive core software quality assurance best practices for tools, automation, test data .
• Collaborate with all levels of leadership to develop, build, and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and test strategies.
• Evaluate the current automation and testing implementations and perform a gap analysis to provide strategic technical direction.
• Mentor a team of software quality assurance engineers.

Required skills/technologies Experience building software test automation framework from scratch (development, design, etc.) 6+ years of experience in QA Automation Client is wanting to start with UI testing, move to API later Tool set: Selenium, Java, TestNG BDD - Cucumber Basic DevOps - Jenkins Required Skills : This individual needs to be a hands-on automation script writer. Please only submit candidates that are currently working with script writing. The manager is asking for a QA Automation Engineer that has helped a team move to automation from manual. I am looking for 5-8 years of experience; the manager has rejected candidates with 10+ for being "too high level" - your candidate will be rejected if they are a lead or manager. The skillset needed for this role is Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber. This resource also needs strong communication. The manager is looking for someone in EST or CST; candidates from MST or PST will be rejected immediately. No subvending on this role, only direct candidates sitting on your W2 will be considered.
