This position requires LIVE-ON status. The Property Manager reports to the Director of On-Campus Housing and is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the property to ensure asset preservation and customer satisfaction. Live on site Manage all actions involving or influencing the property Coordinate and oversee building maintenance and repairs Control and report on operational budgets Conduct regular building inspections and prepare reports Respond to tenant requests and resolve issues Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports Manage administrative activities of office staff Provide excellent customer service to residents, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained property Promote harmonious relations among residents, staff, and the community Build and lead a motivated, skilled team Train, motivate, and evaluate on-site personnel Complete annual performance evaluations Provide leadership and feedback to resident/community staff Establish relationships with safety and health officials Manage public relations and communication with residents, parents, college officials, and the community Identify and mitigate risks to minimize liabilities Support company goals related to resident satisfaction and retention Adhere to all relevant laws, policies, and procedures Support student residence life staff Investigate disturbances, violations, and complaints; resolve issues Manage resident unit transfers Promote diversity among residents and staff Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree plus supervisory experience, or equivalent Preferred certifications: Accredited Residential Manager or BOMA certification First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain Real estate license is desirable Valid driver’s license and insurance required Proficiency with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office and Entrata (desirable) Strong communication, problem-solving, and management skills Ability to operate various office and property management tools Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Management #J-18808-Ljbffr Campus Apartments
